<p>This whimsical painted frame was painted for Carolinas Rehabilitation in the outpatient therapy department.&nbsp; It measures 3 feet wide by 5 feet long and is nestled in a small&nbsp;outdoor garden area used for physical and occupational therapy patients to practice activites of daily living.</p>
